Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Rackets must not be used or restrung.
Balls must be unopened and in sealed packaging.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return courier fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item you need is out of stock, you may opt for store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
