Media & Content Use Policy

Beyond Baseline regularly captures photos, videos, and other content at events to celebrate the community and promote our activities.

This policy explains how media is created, used, and shared.

1. Consent to Media Use

By attending a Beyond Baseline event, you grant Beyond Baseline the right to capture and use photographs, video recordings, and other media that may include your likeness.

This content may be used for:

  • Marketing and promotional purposes
  • Social media and digital platforms
  • Website content
  • Community communications

This consent is granted without expectation of compensation.

2. Opting Out

If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must inform the event host or organiser before the event begins. Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate your request.

3. Ownership of Content

All media captured by Beyond Baseline or its authorised representatives remains the property of Beyond Baseline.

Participants may share or repost content for personal use, provided it is not altered, misrepresented, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

4. Third-Party Content

Coaches, partners, venues, or collaborators may capture content at events. Any such content must respect the values of Beyond Baseline and may not misrepresent the brand or community.

Beyond Baseline is not responsible for unauthorised content captured by third parties outside of its control

5. Brand Representation

Beyond Baseline’s name, logo, identity, and content may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without explicit permission.

6. Removal Requests

If you have concerns about specific media content featuring you, you may contact Beyond Baseline. Reasonable requests for removal will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Policy Updates

Beyond Baseline reserves the right to update this Media & Content Use Policy at any time. Continued participation in events constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
