Beyond Baseline is a community built around movement, respect, and shared growth. By attending our events, participating in activities, or engaging on our platforms, you agree to uphold the following standards.
1. Respect & Inclusivity
All participants are expected to treat others with respect and consideration, regardless of skill level, background, gender, race, or identity.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
2. Safety & Responsibility
Participants must act responsibly at all times and follow any instructions provided by event hosts, coaches, or venue staff.
Unsafe behaviour, reckless conduct, or disregard for others’ wellbeing may result in immediate removal from an event.
3. Sportsmanship & Conduct
Beyond Baseline values good sportsmanship and positive energy.
Aggressive behaviour, verbal abuse, excessive disruption, or behaviour that negatively impacts the experience of others is not acceptable.
4. Substance Use
Participants are expected to attend events sober and fit to participate. Any behaviour influenced by alcohol or substances that compromises safety or the community experience will not be tolerated.
5. Respect for Property & Venues
Participants must respect venues, equipment, and shared spaces. Any damage caused may result in financial responsibility and removal from future events.
6. Digital & Community Spaces
This Code of Conduct applies not only to in-person events, but also to online spaces associated with Beyond Baseline, including WhatsApp groups, social media, and community platforms.
7. Enforcement
Beyond Baseline reserves the right to:
- Refuse participation
- Remove individuals from events or platforms
- Restrict access to future events
These actions may be taken without refund where this Code of Conduct is violated.
8. Shared Responsibility
We believe community is a shared effort. If you witness behaviour that undermines the values of Beyond Baseline, we encourage you to notify an event host or organiser.
